1.About Zapp
Zapp is a dating app operated by RAW Footage, a sole proprietorship registered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 53329546). These Terms govern your use of the Zapp mobile app and the getzapp.app website.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zapp. You must provide a valid phone number for account verification. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3.Your Account
- You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.
- One account per person. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be removed.
- The information you provide (name, age, photos, preferences) must be accurate and current.
- Keep your phone number, email, and login credentials secure.
4.Acceptable Use
The following are not allowed on Zapp:
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or catfishing
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
- Explicit or sexually suggestive content
- Any content involving anyone under 18
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent behaviour
- Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles in your profile or bio
- Commercial promotion, advertising, or solicitation
- Scraping, automated access, or attempts to circumvent rate limits
We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
5.Photos & Content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload. By posting content to Zapp, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
All photos are reviewed using a combination of AI and human moderation. We may remove content that violates our Community Guidelines without prior notice.
6.Subscription & Payments
- Free tier — limited daily likes and core features.
- Zapp+ — €4,99/month at launch (regular price €7,99/month) or €69,99/year.
- iOS subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store; Android subscriptions through Google Play.
- Web purchases on getzapp.app are processed through Mollie.
- You can cancel at any time through your app store account or our website.
- Paid features remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No refunds are issued except where required by Dutch or EU consumer law.
7.Termination
We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Serious violations — including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or content involving minors — result in immediate permanent bans without appeal.
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings.
8.Limitation of Liability
Zapp is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee matches, message delivery, or specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, RAW Footage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be brought before the competent court in Rotterdam.
